FAQ's - Large Oceanfront Family Home

1. Do you allow animals/pets at your vacation rental?  Unfortunately, due to severe allergies we cannot permit animals of any kind.
2. What is your cleaning process?  our homes are professionally cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines.  While not required, we are also taking the extra measure and utilizing hospital grade disinfectant.
3. Do I need to bring sheets for the beds? No, we provide the sheets for the beds.  As an added convenience, we make the beds for your arrival.  It gets better....No you do not have to strip the beds and wash sheets prior to departure.  That is all taken care of for you!  You are on vacation!
4. Can you arrive early to play on the beach before check-in?  When  the previous guests depart, we are busy preparing the property for your arrival.  Various vendors are on-site to perform their work.  Due to limited parking we cannot accommodate additional vehicles on the property before check-in.  Due to the current health crisis, we are trying to social distance for everyone's safety.
5. How many people does your home sleep? Maximum of 16 Guests.  Maximum of 14 adults. Children of all ages are counted as a guest. 
6. What is the minimum age to rent? The person signing lease agreement must be at least 28 years old. 
7. Can I rent your home for someone under the minimum age? No.  The person that signs the rental agreement must be present/staying at the property at all times.
8. Do you allow parties? No, Only individuals registered as overnight guests with the owner are permitted on the property. Loud parties prohibited. 
9. Are day guests/visitors permitted? No, only registered overnight guests are permitted.  Maximum of Sixteen people on the property at all times.
10. Can I have a wedding or party while I am staying at the property?  No, parties, weddings, gatherings, etc are not allowed.
11. How many vehicles can park on the property? Maximum is six. 
12. Do you have Wi-Fi?  Yes, each home has its own wi-fi connection.  
13. Do you provide Linens?  We provide bed linens only.  Guests must bring or rent bath & beach towels.
14. Can we bring tents? Tents are not permitted on the property
15. Can I park a RV on the premises? RV's are not permitted on the property
16. Do you allow smoking outside? No, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property (including the beach); inside or outside.
17. What is your cancellation policy?  We have a no refunds policy with one exception; in the event the government prohibits vacation rentals from allowing short-term rental tenants to legally occupy the property, then a refund  would be given. We do recommend travel insurance, as refunds are not provided for any other reason.
