RESERVATIONS

We offer two options to make a reservation for your Vacation: Direct with Owner or via VRBO or their sister sites.  What's the difference?  

• Direct reservations through the owner is less expensive for the Vacationer.  The owner does not charge a booking fee.  Cash/Check discounted rental rates.
• 3rd Party sites likes VRBO, HomeAway etc. charge the traveler a Booking Fee which can cost up to thousands of dollars or more.     
• We have no preferred booking method, it's totally up to you!

We are now accepting reservations for 2023 Season.  In-season rentals are Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights.  Call us now to get the week of your choice.  Don't miss an opportunity to have your own private beach to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and fun in the sun!

Vacations are from Saturday to Saturday. Contact Free Check-in is 4PM or later.  Check-Out is no later than 10AM.  Rates for the three (3) home compound range from $7,000-$15,000 per week plus taxes.  City & State taxes are 14.45%. Security Deposit is $1,000.00.  Cleaning fee is $850.

During Low Season (May & After Labor Day) partial compound rentals and stays less than 7 days are available.  Please inquire about specific dates.  There is 3 night minimum. Premium rates apply for Weekend only bookings during Low Season and the cleaning fee is not included.
