homes available for rent

We have had a lot of inquiries for Off-Season but for smaller groups.  We now accomodate smaller families/groups.  Each home on the compound is available for rent individually.  Rent one, two, or all three homes based on the size of your group.

After Labor Day each year, partial compound rentals are available.  Partial compound rentals are exclusive use of the home with your reservation.  The Front lawn is reserved for Seascape Rentals only.  The Grill area, outdoor shower, and Beach are shared for all the homes.  This may vary from time-to-time.  Sometimes only one home is rented upon your arrival, so you would have exclusive use of all of the common areas for your reservation. 

This location gives you the opportunity to be on Oceanfront property that is budget friendly for smaller groups/families.  There is a 3 night minimum to reserve the any of the homes after Labor Day plus cleaning fee.  Security Deposit is required for each rental and varies based on the reserved home.  Reserve Seascape or one of the Cottages and have your own private beach retreat.
